While living abroad, Roger Sr. learnt to value the importance of being part of a community, the significance it has to support its development and how significant it is to help those who need it the most.

During his stay in the US and while making his way through college in the state of Maryland, Roger Ramirez worked in Mexican and Italian restaurants in the Maryland and D.C. area. In places like Pancho Villa restaurant in Rockville Md., Mr. Ramirez learnt to cook great Tex-Mex meals.

Now, one of Mr. Ramirez projects to help his community is to teach a few of the local kids how to wait on people, how to run a restaurant and how to cook the best Tex-Mex meals in all of Nicaragua!!!

These kids are from low-income families who are getting the chance to better themselves, helping their families economically and learning a decent way to make a living in Granada while going to school. We all know that the education of its people is the greatest treasure a Nation can have. So, Mr. Ramirez believes this to be the best way he has to help his community and his people. Transmitting his knowledge, his thoughts and point of views is what Roger Ramirez does best.

One thing is for sure. The cooks and servers are young Nicaraguan boys, but the taste of each meal is totally Tex-Mex; and the service is just a good.

Come and get plenty of pleasure from having one of our chalupas, taco-burgers, enchi-burritos with our red and creamy jalapeno sauce or fried chimichangas also filled with our tasty soy, vegetables, meat, chicken or chorizo recipes.
